On a variety of Tuesday evenings from 6:45pm to 8:30pm until mid-December we will be hosting a comprehensive Introduction to Meditation series that will give a broad overview of meditation with many techniques. Each week will look at different aspects of meditation. Although the classes build on each other they are also designed to sit independently so it doesn’t matter if you miss a class or can only start half way through.
